All I can think is that the God of Love comforted them in a real and tangible way and then welcomed them into one heck of a party in Heaven! That is the only way I can deal. <br /><br />I love your heart and authentic sharing! xo NikiDWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05760131060008409464noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6575859860218981694.post-11890882779878746842013-05-22T10:06:52.032-04:002013-05-22T10:06:52.032-04:00I'm sorry to hear all this!! It started draining me, so I wasn't able to finish it. I don't know if I will. :(<br />Glad to hear all is well now. I hope you start feeling a little more grounded each day. :)Your Doctor's Wifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18010888083503743747noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6575859860218981694.post-41724263172520991702013-05-21T22:17:10.397-04:002013-05-21T22:17:10.397-04:00We must be on similar wave lengths. When I wasn't a mother it was easier to do that. I think the first time (as an adult) I can remember feeling a real sense of loss was when Katrina hit. Many of the Katrina kids were displaced to my city and I took them in as my own students when I was a teacher. I love NEw Orleans. It holds a very special place in my heart, as does Boston. It was crazy to watch the Boston tragedy unfold LIVE with both of my kids and my husband home that night. I thought: this is surreal. I'm videoing my daughter sing her songs and act like everything is okay while my husband and baby watch Brian Williams. And now the tornado. When I heard about those kids unaccounted for at that school...I was overwhelmed with emotion. My husband tells me how sad and hard it is to see dead little kids from traumas. It's definitely the worst thing on earth. I pray for those parents. I pray that they can find strength to mourn and grieve in healthy ways. I am so grateful for my own kids. Even if they stress me out and leave me with no sleep; I'm grateful. Thanks for sharing- you are not alone in your grief.RezWifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02691765547531570145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6575859860218981694.post-52192688636790172872013-05-21T20:41:06.300-04:002013-05-21T20:41:06.300-04:00I to have felt heavy hearted lately. Having family with us during scary moments makes is so much better.
